I currently serve as the Technical Director at Swarm Dynamics AI (SWARM). In my role, I blend my expertise in data analysis and organizational network analysis (ONA) to drive technical innovations and solutions.
Before joining SWARM, I was a part of the team at galaxyadvisors, an MIT spinoff with offices in Aarau (Switzerland) & Cambridge (MA, USA). There, I contributed by coding and consulting clients, particularly in the areas of HR and People Analytics.
Prior to that, I was a research/teaching assistant at the University of Bamberg. I was privileged to collaborate with the Department of Information Systems and Social Networks, working alongside brilliant colleagues. Our research encompassed employee turnover, crowdsourcing, organisational network analysis, and the business model dynamics of startups.
I'm proud to have my work published in esteemed peer-reviewed journals like Social Networks, Information Systems Journal, and ACM DATA BASE.
